It was also well-placed for tourists who wanted to visit the Longmen Grottos and other attractions, and it had an accessible bus route.

The staff members were not very familiar with English, which made communication a bit of a challenge. As Luoyang is a popular tourist destination, more attention should be paid to English proficiency, especially with the influx of foreign visitors.
